**National Technical Sales & Marketing Manager (Intrusion Detection/ Security) (Brisbane office)**

**About the Company**:
We represent a technology products distributor with a broad range of products, however, this role is to dedicate your skills to electronic security products and your understanding of the electronic security industry & intrusion detection equipment is a must.

**Brief Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and security industry-experienced Technical Sales and Marketing professional to grab this opportunity with both hands.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and grow the existing client base
- Provide technical support and training to clients and the distribution team
- Attend trade shows and industry events
- Collaborate with the distribution team and the manufacturer to ensure effective communication and support
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends

**Requirements include but are not limited to**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales and marketing, preferably in the electronic security industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of intrusion detection equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide training
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within Australia occasionally
- Full driver's license

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Base salary of $100,000 to $110,000 per annum negotiable
- Car allowance and petrol card
- Incentive scheme
- Full and comprehensive support from the manufacturer and the distribution team
- Work very closely with the MD as you would form a key part of the management team,
