Our rapidly growing organisation is looking for an experienced Sales/Business Development professional to join our Commercial Sales team. The role will ideally suit someone who has a successful track record in technical product sales and has been integral in continuing to drive sales growth in the Commercial market.
**What does the role entail?**
- Increase sales and market share of the Commercial business through operationalising business development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain the sales of Commercial Hot Water systems by managing our existing trade accounts and building new account opportunities through plumbers, builders, developers and hydraulic designers.
- Provide technical support to external trade customers and internal account managers.
- Play a key role by increasing awareness of the Rinnai Commercial brand within the market
**Who are we looking for?**
- Successful background developing business, preferably with products of a technical nature
- Qualifications and/or experience in hydraulics or mechanical field
- Experience within the construction, plumbing or HVAC industries
- Highly developed negotiation skills
- The ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer care
- Technically minded with strong analytical capability
- Excellent communication skills
