**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We have an amazing opportunity to join the Typo leadership team as the Head of Marketing & Store Experience. This role will see you own the customer experience strategy, delivering a seamless customer journey across all marketing channels, with a focus on driving commercial performance.
Through your exceptional leadership, you will lead your team of experienced Marketing, Creative and Store Experience individuals to deliver a customer experience that drives brand growth and customer loyalty. Working across multiple channels including digital, social and in-store, you will ensure the team deliver a cohesive and consistent customer experience.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Previous Senior Marketing leadership experience, preferably leading a broad team of Marketing professionals
- Experience delivering a seamless customer experience from concept to execution across multiple channels
- Passion for driving innovation; inspiring the team to think “what’s next?”
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- An engaging and supportive leadership approach
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
