As the Head of Marketing for Cotton On Womenswear, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our brand values. This role requires an experienced marketer who can lead a creative team and deliver exciting campaigns across multiple channels. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that drives business growth and enhances our brand reputation.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Lead a team of creatives and marketers to develop engaging content and experiences that resonate with our target audience.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  1. A proven track record in senior marketing leadership roles, preferably with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive collaborative efforts.
  3. Passion for driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform marketing decisions.
  5. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
