**Your Role in a Nutshell**

As a P&C Services Advisor you'll be at the forefront of Origin's People & Culture department, providing vital support and administrative services in a dynamic and agile environment.

**Why This Role Matters**
- **Query Management**:Provide People & Culture query management services, covering employment terms, conditions, processes, and systems for business managers and employees.
- **Support & Onboarding**:Assist employees with queries related to onboarding, pay, schedules, contracts, learning, internal movements, and more.
- **Contract Administration**:Generate employment contracts and letters for new hires, internal changes, and organizational shifts.
- **Roster Management**:Administer, create, and assign rosters/schedules for various operational groups, ensuring compliance with Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- **Leave & Learning Support**:Assist with the management of Parental leave, Career Break, Long Service Leave, and Learning and Development modules.

**Is This You?**
- **Qualifications & Experience**:Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience. Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead a team.
- **Customer Focus**:A strong background in customer-focused environments with a focus on service and continuous improvement.
- **Process Improvement**:A track record of delivering process enhancements.
- **HR Expertise**:Sound generalist HR experience and expertise in HR systems like SuccessFactors and Service Now.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent written and verbal communication, advanced interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and coach a wide range of stakeholders.

Advantageous Qualifications and Skills:

- **HR Specialist Expertise**:Experience across various HR specialist areas such as organizational capability, employee relations, remuneration, and reward.
- **Transformational Change**:Understanding and experience in supporting organizations undergoing significant transformational change.
