**Who You Are**:
You’re an experienced studio/production manager who’s ready to bring your talent to a growing venture, stepping into an exciting opportunity to lead and shape a fresh production space from the ground up.

You’re entrepreneurial, adaptable, and a natural problem solver, always on the lookout for efficiencies or new technologies to optimize studio performance. You've managed everything from shoot execution and equipment setup to budgeting and resource allocation. Now, you're ready to step into a role where you can lead and shape a new studio environment while collaborating with wider production teams to bring high-quality projects to life.

Your background in content creation, gaming, or social media production means you understand the fast-paced demands of the industry. Your technical skills with video, lighting and sound equipment are second nature, but more than that - you are aware of the latest developments in production equipment and how they relate to content creation.

**The Role**:

You'll be the vital bridge between the creative vision and seamless execution, ensuring video production flows smoothly. This is a hands-on role where leadership fuels action—empowering the team, optimizing workflows, and driving us to consistently push the boundaries and deliver our best work yet

**Your Responsibilities and Skills**
- Oversee the running of the production studios including filming, equipment purchasing, set up and maintenance, inventory management and staffing
- Assist with the planning and execution of the new studios’ set up
- Be hands on at shoots and act as lead videographer where necessary
- Collaborate and create strong relationships with the creative and set departments and other teams to coordinate studio schedules and allocate resources effectively
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, reporting and responding to inquiries
- Participate in the development and implementation of studio policies and procedures including WH&S
- Troubleshoot and problem solve issues and continually assess studio set up for efficiencies and implementation of new technologies
- Passion for creating content and delivering high-quality results

**Requirements**:

- Gaming, content creation or social media industry experience
- Experience with Sony, Black Magic, 5-Pin DMX, PTZ Cameras and Aputure equipment highly regarded
- Experience with Adobe suite.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and complete them on time and within budget
- Strong leadership capabilities to manage and motivate a range of staff and stakeholders
- Agile and entrepreneurial in nature with the ability to wear many hats and take action when required
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply to different audiences
