**What role will you play?**

In this role you will work closely with business leads, project managers and SMEs to identify, plan and support the execution of engagement, communication and business readiness activities required to achieve successful delivery and embedment of change.

You will develop communications and engagement plans for the key initiatives, and support execution of activities, as agreed with the owners and teams. You will take ownership in identifying capability uplift requirements and ensuring they are planned and executed in collaboration with our learning specialist. This will ensure that you build strong relationships with stakeholders across Macquarie and internally within the team.
