Receptionist/administrator

A family owned and operated car dealership is looking for a well presented nd reliable receptionist / administrator. You will be responsible for a variety of administration tasks:
- Answering and directing phone enquiries
- Filing paperwork
- Bookkeeping
- Arranging and managing appointments
- Occasional trips to the RMS (RTA) for vehicle registration
- Office management (managing office / kitchen supplies and maintaining office facilities)
- Creating and managing online ads
- Ad hoc tasks
About you:
- Polite and well presented
- Be happy to learn
- Reliable
- Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously
- Professional writing skills
- Genuine desire to work long term in a reception / administrative role
**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
