**The Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Accounts Payable** professional to join our tight-knit, high performing team. This position is an integral part of the business ensuring that the final link in our customer service chain is met, further enhancing our customer relationships.

**Key responsibilities of the role will include;**
- Daily inputting of high volumes of supplier invoices
- Work closely with customers to assist them in reconciling their accounts
- Reconciling of supplier invoices
- Accurate typing, of purchase orders to supplier invoices
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels
- Ad hoc accounting and finance duties as reasonable required

**Experience**
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated prior experience in fast moving and complex organisations
- Be able to work autonomously and be proactively engaged with stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work and prepare reports and meet tight monthly deadlines.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Outlook, MS Word & Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Experience using finance software (experience using Pronto will be viewed favourably)
