The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Accounts Receivable professional to join our tight-knit, high performing team.

This position is an integral part of the business ensuring that the final link in our customer service chain is met, further enhancing our customer relationships.


Key responsibilities of the role will include;

  • Work closely with customers to assist them in reconciling their accounts
  • Creation and distribution of a high volume of daily invoices in line with contractual agreements.
  • Gain a full understanding of contracts across multiple divisions to ensure varying contractual invoicing requirements are met
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Produce weekly debtor age analysis reports and follow up issues with relevant stakeholders, including assistance with debt collection
  • Ad hoc accounting and finance duties as reasonable required

Experience

  • At least 23 years' experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated prior experience in fast moving and complex organisations
  • Be able to work autonomously and be proactively engaged with stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work and prepare reports and meet tight monthly deadlines.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Outlook, MS Word & Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Experience using finance software (experience using Pronto will be viewed favourably)
