**The Role**:
Lead our technology recruitment practice with a hands on approach. Grow and maximise the success of our existing team who currently work across service desk, cyber, ICT project management and data. Develop new verticals as you build your business. HorizonOne have strong panel access and solid gold client relationships developed over 14 years of delivering successful recruitment outcomes.

The role requires 360 degree recruitment expertise as you will work hands on to develop new business, account manage existing client relationships, identify, attract and select top talent and manage key senior placements whilst leading your business area.

HorizonOne will support and maximise your success through integrated technologies, comprehensive training, our in-house corporate services team and top class talent attraction marketing. Focus on more of what you enjoy, and less time spent on the low value administration work.

Reporting to the GM of Recruitment Operations, you’ll have a strong voice as part of our leadership team and contribute to the growth and strategic development of technology recruitment at HorizonOne.

**The Person**:
You will already be an experienced, high performing recruiter with a technology background and well-developed networks. We treat recruitment as a professional consulting skill, not a sales game. To succeed with us you will also have the following drivers:

**Salary / Rate**:

- $100k base salary (neg.) + Super
- Market leading commission structures (up to 45% of GP)
- Free parking
