Workfast are looking for a **Transport administrator** to join our team for a casual full time position. **The rate of pay is $34.00 per hour plus superannuation.**

To achieve this, you will be responsible for obtaining and checking daily information and documentation, consolidating into various systems, and crosschecking to any external systems required.

- **The numbers**_
- **$34.00 per hour plus Superannuation**:

- $47.60 time and a half when applicable
- $61.20 double time rate when applicable
- **What you'll be doing**_
- To reconcile documentation received from drivers and sites e.g. weighbridge tickets and PODs etc. having full responsibility for the process through to successful invoicing
- Process invoices as per agreed rates to correct parties.
- To reconcile documentation request for drivers and vehicles e.g. licence and registration certificates etc.
- Develop maintain effective relationships with contractors and internal and external customers.
- Provide support and coverage to internal sales and transport admin during leave periods.
- Identifying customer needs and assisting their needs to ensure timely responses.
- Provide and maintain a large volume of documentation uploads and request.
- Generate, interpret, maintain, and reconcile data in spreadsheets and database to support the business.
- Assisting Transport Operations and Sales where required.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Other admin duties as reasonably requested.
