Student Placements Manager

This role is responsible for the design and delivery of student placement and work experiences program in residential, community and corporate settings.

As key relationship manager with the education sector this role will grow experiences to promote the transition to ACH Group workforce.

**What you'll do**:

- Design and lead education sector relationships
- Lead and monitor performance of student placement team
- Lead key relationship management with tertiary, secondary and RTO sectors
- Develop sustainable student placement business models
- Set and track budget performance and KPI's
- Develop sustainable student placement business models

**About You**
- Proven experience in managing people & project management
- Proven experience in development of measurable project outcomes
- Innovative approaches to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

**You will need**:

- To care about supporting older people to live a Good Life.
- Post Graduate / Degree level qualifications in Health, Business or related discipline
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Flu & up to date COVID-19 vaccinations

**It would be helpful if you had**:

- A CURRENT Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector.
