Your Role

The Store Manager at Vinnies in Bondi Beach 2026 is a full-time role and is responsible for leading the team in various retail operations including visual merchandising, sorting and pricing of stock, providing great customer service.  Your ability to coach and motivate your team and develop effective ways to achieve sales goals are vital part of your role.

Your Responsibility

  • Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
  • Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
  • Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
  • Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
  • Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
  • Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store
  • Use the company’s mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store.

You Will Need

  • Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high volume retail OR
  • Strong leadership potentials; with good fashion sense   
  • Strong focus on customer experience
  • Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
  • Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets.
