**Operator Maintainer**:
**Work.**

Other responsibilities will include:

- Undertaking preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance work to the required standard and within the required timeframes
- Undertaking fault analysis and implementing solutions to operational and maintenance issues.
- Maintaining surveillance of water supply infrastructure and provide feedback on asset condition and performance

**Please note that due to the nature of this role, there is a 1 in 2 on-call roster.**

To be successful in this role, you will have strong communication skills with the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions. You will have demonstrated experience in undertaking aquatic and terrestrial weed control activities and have experience in water treatment plants and irrigation distribution systems.

In addition, other experience will include:

- Boat license highly desirable
- Possession of, or the ability to obtain, Certificate II and Certificate III in Water Operations and Dam safety training
- Class ‘C’ driver’s licence
- A level of physical fitness to work in confined spaces and maintain competency in confined space and rescue
