**About The Role**

Reporting to the Executive Director this role will be responsible for ensuring the company has highly efficient, effective and compliant business operations that both supports and improves our service capabilities whilst offering an exceptional customer experience.

Commercially astute and people-focused, the role will work across business administration, human resources & safety, business systems & technology, quality & compliance. The person in this role will aim to increase our operational sophistication, service quality and compliance.

The role will have and manage 2 direct reports currently known as the Support Team and will be responsible for ensuring this team are motivated, knowledgeable, productive and efficient.

**The Duties**

With the assistance of the Support Team, this hands-on role will be responsible for delivering, supporting and ensuring the following:
Business Administration
- Business processes and their supporting assets are properly documented, current, organised and available to the correct employees.
- Customers and employees receive an exceptional experience in a well maintained, safe, secure workplace.
- Business performance metrics are identified, tracked, recorded & measured against targets to be reported and communicated.
- Company information or data is managed through its lifecycle including ensuring both existing and new data is organised, quality managed, highly available, safe and protected.
- On-hire contractor support services provided to ensure quality onboarding, safe assignment, care, and well managed exit.
- Efficient, effective implementation and support of customer contracts and assistance in the acquisition of future contracts.
- Assistance with low-level accounting, payroll and procurement tasks

Human Resources
- Development of and implementation of frameworks, process, procedure, policy and assets to, employ, review, recognise, govern and retain employees.
- Provision of a safe and healthy working environment for all workers, customers, and contractors through pro-active auditing, analysis and compliance.

Quality and Compliance
- Compliance for business operations and services in accordance with internal standards, external regulation standards, business ethics and legal requirements.
- Service quality always meets required internal, external and legislative standards.

Business Systems & Technology
- Supply, maintenance and management of company technology systems, and their configuration, fit for purpose and lifecycle.
- Management and ongoing development of company software systems, their configuration, data quality, customisation and maintenance for software.
