Expanding Manufacturing company seeking an Operations Manager to oversee their Branch Operations in this exciting newly created role

Our client, a rapidly expanding Manufacturing and Transport company are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee Operations and manage a team onsite at their branch based in South West Sydney. This is a truly exciting role for an experienced Operations Manager to join a rapidly expanding organisation who are passionate about providing excellent customer service

**The Role**

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Branch Operations Manager will:

- Manage the branch and team onsite each day
- Respond to incoming calls promptly
- Greet clients upon their arrival at the branch and provide excellent customer service
- Respond to all leads and opportunities in the CRM
- Ensure that compliance and WHS procedures are followed accurately
- Efficiently coordinate the traffic management plan, asset tagging, and transfers between sites, service providers, and customers
- Collaborate with the Service Coordinators
- Ensure the site is presented and maintained in a professional manner
- Ensure administration, including terms and conditions and invoicing are completed and systems are updated accordingly
- Ensure invoices are dispatched in a timely manner
- Provide after-hours support as required, ensuring the branch's continuous operation and service excellence

**The Individual**

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar Operational or Customer Service based managerial role, with good leadership capabilities and ideally will have experience in a Manufacturing/Logistics/Freight/Transport or similar type of environment.

A valid Driver's licence and HR licence are required.
