**Your Opportunity**

This role is to support the property team to administer property leasehold and freehold related matters.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Provide administrative support to the property team with a focus on accounts payable and account reconciliations to leased and freehold properties in the Mission Australia portfolio.
- Provide support to the property team by assisting in lease reviews, renewals and terminations
- Set up new property leases and data entry into the property management system
- Provide assistance to freehold property manager by administering contractor engagements, reviews and payments
- Develop strong effective and consultative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Undertake general lease administration functions

**Requirements for Success**
- Relevant commercial/industrial real estate experience is desirable
- Previous experience in a lease administration or property management role is desirable
- Prior experience in working with a team to manage property leasing activities and property administration
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong customer focus
- Strong administration, communication and negotiation skills
