**In this role, you'll**:

- You will provide professional advice, support and coaching for leaders to foster collaborative workplace relations.
- You will lead the employee relations activities through partnering with line managers in the effective engagement and management of staff and interaction with unions
- You will shape and implement Employee Relations frameworks and strategies aimed at enabling the workforce priorities to ensure high levels of engagement.

**We have both permanent and temporary positions available in a hybrid working model with flexibility to work in our Pitt Street/Elizabeth Street/Burwood offices.**

**About you**

You will have comprehensive knowledge of the industrial relations discipline combined with strong negotiation skills and proven ability to be innovative in resolving industrial disputes.

You will be comfortable in a fast-paced complex customer centric and dynamic environment where delivery on tight deadlines, managing conflicting priorities are critical.

You’ll maintain a high standard of work, and having previously worked in a similar environment, you are aware of the political sensitivities and maintain confidentiality in what you do.
