Our highly skilled Customer Service team are seeking a vibrant, diligent, and experienced administrator. This position will play a pivotal role in managing all the paperwork associated with the installation of our products, on a National level.

You will enjoy working in CRM systems, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as being highly detail orientated.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring all requirements for new equipment sales orders are submitted in our systems.
- Manage completed work orders for billing, whilst confirming warranty information.
- Complete weekly invoicing validations for installations on a National scale.
- Liaising with subcontractors to manage data integrity.
- Produce compliance statements for our clients within a timely manner.

**YOUR SKILLS**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid experience in customer service, invoicing, or administration.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach with strong reasoning skills.
- Experience with a CRM program will be advantageous.
