Our team has adopted a Hybrid way of working. We come together once a week and for moments that matter. The team hub is located in Sydney city or Macquarie Park.

**The Opportunity**

Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Workplaces Systems and Data Officer** to join us in the PMO Workplaces team on a permanent basis**.**

The role is responsible for providing system administration and end-user support for space management systems, ensuring data and information integrity. The role provides analysis and reporting to inform workplace occupancy and space planning decision-making.

**Key accountabilities**
- Manage and maintain space management systems, including access control and security, internal database files and tables, system upgrades and changes in configuration.
- Provide business level input and support for changes to the space management system. Coordinate unit and user acceptance testing tasks, prior to the release of the final product.
- Build report templates to meet the ongoing requirement for workplace occupancy and space management data and insights.
- Interrogate information systems to establish information sources, and provide nonstandard data extraction, modelling and the development of high-quality custom reports.
- Lobby data providers on the need to have accurate and reliable information (including data validations) to improve business information and to plan future activities.
- Identify and prioritise the needs of users in terms of both minor amendments and fixes to the existing system. Provide on-the-job system training and support to staff as required.

**About you**

You are a Methodical Data and Systems professional, who has extensive experience dealing with large data sets. You will enjoy producing and have the ability to create meaningful reports.

You will ideally come from a Space Planning or workplace background and have expert level experience with Serra view.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience in Space Planning or Workplaces
- Experience using Serra View - Expert level
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with outstanding verbal and written communications
- Advanced level MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Can balance working individually and collaboratively with a team
- Learning mindset with a positive can-do attitude

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this position is Grade 7A ($108,770) - 7E ($121,822) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
