We have an exciting opportunity to join our collaborative Data Integrity team on a 12-month contract with the potential to extend in Macquarie Park, NSW

A typical day may look like:
Reporting to the Data Integrity Manager your role will be to maintain product, pricing and inventory data on SAP.

These changes will include items such as inventory purchase price, inventory selling prices, product descriptions, minimum purchase order quantities, inventory movements and adjustments or any other ad hoc data integrity issues as needed.


Key duties include:

  • Creation and maintenance of product and pricing data
  • Collecting and processing supplier pricing and new product listings
  • Notify the network of any price changes and information
  • Managing Inventory stock movements
  • Managing consignment/agency stock
  • Provide support on relevant stakeholder enquiries
  • Support with other Ad Hoc tasks as directed by the Data Integrity Manager

A little about you:

To be successful in this role you will be data driven and have experience in a similar data processing role, In addition you will have:

  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
  • A High attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy and experience using the wider Microsoft office suite
  • Experience using SAP or a similar integrated ERP system
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive cando attitude
