**About the Team**

The Workplace strategy team sits within the People and Culture division and is responsible for optimising the use of Transport workspaces with strategies supported by data and research. The team also leads the creation of design strategies and standards to provide workplaces that support hybrid ways of working, promote collaboration and productivity and enhance the workplace experience for all.

**The opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for new Workplace Analyst to join us on a permanent full time basis. The role is responsible for providing data analysis and reporting to support the development of the TfNSW workplace strategy, including detailed analysis of business requirements and utilization. Working closely across the branch to pull together insights from a variety of sources and to be able to present data in an impactful way.

In addition to management of the team documentation and business processes, this role will also assist with industry research and be responsible for the Workplace branch research library.

Key accountabilities:

- Coordinate the gathering and validation of workplace data from multiple sources and to analyse and provide insights / trends analysis to inform future workplace strategies.
- Research and provide reporting on best practice and industry trends in workplace accommodation strategies to support recommendations
- Prepare and maintain documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information to support the workplace branch and whole of Government reporting requirements.
- Support the preparation of data analysis and insights for workplace case studies and pilot programs
- Create and manage the Workplace Research library
- Report on status of strategic planning objectives against agreed performance goals, evaluate effectiveness to enhance benefits in cost, efficiencies and quality outcomes.

**About you**

You are an experienced Analyst looking to make a difference at Transport for NSW.

You will ideally come from a Property/Workplace background with a good understanding of workplace metrics and an enthusiasm for the future of work and data led strategies. You will have a thirst for knowledge and work well in a team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Demonstrated experience in delivering research, planning and analysis of information, and property data.
- Advanced analytics data presentation skills
- High level of MS PowerPoint skills
- Tertially qualifications / or relevant experience in Property, Business or relevant displine.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this position is Grade 7A ($108,770) - 7E ($121,822) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
