We are currently seeking a **System Owner - Operational Technology** to join our Strategy & Technology team on a full-time basis at our Pier St office in Perth. Reporting to our Manager - ICT Experience, this position will be assigned ownership of operational technology used across all Bethanie sites. The operational technology will include closed circuit TV, digital signage, visitor registration systems, nurse call systems and biometric devices.

As the primary contact on operational technology, your key responsibilities will include:

- Drive the prioritisation and execution of enhancements / fixes / changes to operational technology, ensuring there is mínimal disruption to business as usual
- Maintaining awareness of new software releases for operational technology and form strong working relationships with those vendors
- Provide professional, responsive, and effective stakeholder engagement, including the formation and nurturing of user groups for operational technology
- Perform maintenance activities to operational technology as required

You pick up new concepts quickly and can communicate with a broad range of stakeholders. You have a continuous improvement mindset and pride yourself on developing and maintaining effective working relationships. You will also bring:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to configure and connect to OT and IoT platforms
- Good understanding of Application / Hardware lifecycles
- Ability to develop, document and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for systems owned
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and critical thinking ability
