Working from our modern Mile End offices, and reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be an enthusiastic part of our highly efficient finance team.

**About the role**

You will be involved in a variety of tasks including high volume accounts payable administration, bookkeeping, assisting in Bank Reconciliation and maintaining other administrative processes.

Reporting and working closely with the Finance Manager; key responsibilities of the role include:

- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Processing overheads and invoices
- Processing general ledger journals
- Managing internal and external accounts queries
- Petty cash reconciliations and reimbursements
- Reporting
- Daily receipting
- Reconciling the bank account and credit cards
- End of month processes, including month end roll
- Working within the account related software programs

**About you**

This role will be ideal for a suitably experienced Accounting professional (ideally with building industry experience), or a university graduate looking to kickstart their finance career. Desirable attributes include but are not limited to: Strong analytical and numerical skills, high level of accuracy, and motivation to learn.
