**Who we are**
The **People, Property and Security Division** works in partnership to deliver strategic and operational workforce services that enable and enhance organisational capability. The division provides stewardship, support and services across integrity; conduct; property; fraud and corruption; security; performance management; rehabilitation management; recruitment; learning and development; inclusion and diversity; workforce planning and analytics; workplace relations; people support; culture and health, safety and wellbeing.

The **Property and Security Branch **is responsible for enhancing the department’s business capability through the effective management of the department’s property portfolio, property enabling functions, protective security, emergency management, as well as a range of corporate site services and commercial contracts nationally.

The **Property Services team** deliver business services across property management, fleet management, business continuity and corporate support activities to regional business areas. This includes management of national corporate contracts and their performance. The role would suit someone with experience in administration, property, and with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

**The Job**
Under general direction, provide administrative support and advice to staff in the region, performing a range of tasks including but not limited to:

- Developing and maintaining a productive relationship with our Property Service Provider and building users to identify property needs, raise jobs in the system and escort service providers where required.
- Administration tasks as required, including coordination of fleet vehicles, and managing the shared mailbox
- Responding to general enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Providing client service to departmental staff and service providers
- Assisting with facilities management activities
- Participating in ongoing learning and development to achieve personal, team and program objectives.
- Assisting in all activities that support the team’s operational requirements.
