As Property Support Officer, you will provide a service support function to the unit generating information and queries to produce statistical information used in decision making and management reports.
**What you will be doing**: - Liaise with stakeholders to monitor project information and ensure data and reporting integrity. Manage administration and distribution of property nomination workloads effectively, to progress the strategic property review process to facilitate the achievement of key management performance targets. Maintain and coordinate the administrative management and technical support to a range of systems associated with strategic property management including CPS, ECC6, Reside, GIS and HP Records Management. Utilise advanced database manipulation skills to create user requested reports, run queries, and generate information to produce reports for management and stakeholders relevant to the unit's property and administration activities. Consult and liaise with management and stakeholders to establish strong working relationships that promote the transfer of information to deliver concise, accurate and timely property reviews. Contribute to the review of the unit's work practices and processes aimed to improve ongoing internal processes and systems. Undertake other project activities, tasks and work duties as required. Supporting and helping maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
