This is a larger practice and requires someone with proven leadership acumen, adept relationship-building skills, and a keen grasp of day-to-day operations.

Nestled within a bustling integrated general practice environment, our client offers a comprehensive range of services including GP, Nursing, Allied Health, Podiatry, Pharmacy, Pathology, and Radiology. Immerse yourself in a dynamic healthcare provider, dedicated to holistic care delivery.

**Your Role**:
As the Practice Manager, you will embody positivity and provide great support for the practice team. Your key responsibilities will include providing management and guidance to the GP's and practice staff, facilitating inductions and ongoing training, conducting performance reviews, ensuring the integrity of patient records, and maintaining the practice facilities to impeccable standards. Additionally, you will oversee equipment maintenance, manage rosters efficiently, collate reports, manage practice budgets, and champion a commitment to quality processes and company values.

- Proven experience in a professional practice within Primary Healthcare.
- A dynamic personality that fosters motivation and collaboration among staff.
- Familiarity with quality standards and practice accreditation, reflecting your commitment to excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
