**The Opportunity**:
As a **Lease Administrator**, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Head of Asset Management and Asset Managers across the Victorian Asset Management mixed-use property portfolio. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities from lease and contract administration to stakeholder management and process enhancement.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Managing the lease administration process end-to-end.
- Accurate database management of lease information and licenses.
- Monthly coordination with Asset Managers to review Lease Status Reports.
- Maintenance of bank guarantee and insurance registers.
- Supporting the Property & Leasing team broadly.
- Ensuring data governance and compliance through meticulous tracking.
- Managing various administrative duties.
**Who We're Looking For**:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in commercial or retail property lease administration.
- You hold a Victoria Agents Representative Certificate IV in Real Estate (qualifications from other states are a bonus).
- You're engaged, driven, and have a keen interest in the property sector.
- Your time management skills are exceptional, and you possess a detailed-oriented mindset.
- You're familiar with the Retail Leases Act 2003 and have a solid understanding of market trends.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 and knowledge of property management databases like Cirrus8 are desirable.
