**What you’ll do**
- Play a key role in the delivery of all payroll related functions.
- Preparing casual and fixed-term appointments; and
- Processing of employee entitlements.

**In addition, you will**:

- Provide payroll related information, advice and support to clients on the interpretation and implementation of relevant HR policy and procedure.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders in order to understand their people and payroll needs.
- Prepare a range of employment related correspondence and payroll documentation.
- Ensure that PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) data is maintained in a timely and accurate way so that critical deadlines are met; and
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team to ensure appropriate levels of compliant quality service are delivered to our people.

**What will help you succeed?**

Integral to your success in this role will be your ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality combined with your commitment to providing high quality client service and advice, whilst contributing to the continuous improvement of our service delivery.

**In addition, you will have**:

- A relevant Diploma or Certificate IV level qualification and/or relevant experience in a payroll role.
- An ability to understand and interpret established payroll and HR policies and procedures within a large organisation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the use of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems or another large databases along with sound IT skills; and
- An ability to work effectively in a team environment and organise and prioritise your own work activities in order to meet established deadlines.

**Salary**: Total remuneration range from $84,342.39 to $95,655.35 p.a. (includes salary range of $71,265.22 to $80,824.12 p.a., employer superannuation contributions of 17% of salary and annual leave loading)
