With the Vitamin and Dietary Supplements category becoming bigger and more competitive than ever, it is increasingly important that we convert retail foot traffic into purchases. Shopper marketers work cross functionally across sales and marketing, and with external agencies, to engage with consumers and create an exceptional in store experience.

This is a fantastic role for someone with previous shopper marketing, brand, or FMCG sales/account management experience to leverage upon their existing skillset whilst developing an understanding of project management, stakeholder relationships and data analysis.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Developing and rolling out executional pieces (including both digital and physical point of sale) and trade & consumer promotions support material, for all consumer campaigns and new product launches
- Manage external agencies and print production teams to drive efficiencies, innovation and sustainability goals.
- Own the translation of the ATL campaign through to the instore environment using the insights & data analysis provided by the Category & Category Insights team members
- Support with managing the BEXP Budget and forecasting
- Together with the marketing team, build the rolling 18-month instore activity plan that flows through from the approved Brand activity plan
- Present monthly cycle plans to broader stakeholders
- Project manage and lead the development and execution of multi-channel shopper marketing campaigns that are fully commercialized and deliver on growth plans
- Align and communicate agreed priorities to key stakeholders to deliver impactful Grocery / Pharmacy / Practitioner campaigns on time and on budget

**Who are you?**
- Recent experience within FMCG industry in either a sales, shopper marketing, brand, category role or creative agency.
- Great interpersonal and project coordination skills
- Strong understanding of data and how to interpret date to make decisions
