My client are a well established National co and require an Accounts Assistant to process functions of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

The primary function is to manage the Accounts Payable & Receivable ledgers and facilitate the cash collections and cash payments processes.

Due to the continuous growth, they are expanding our Finance Team to include the role of Accounts Payable & Receivable.

**About the Role**
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Record and reconcile payments received and made.
- Customer Collections
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records.
- Prepare invoices and purchase orders.
- Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes.
- Daily reconciliation of bank statements.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

**About You**
- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively

Please note this not a work from home role - full-time in the office
