Front Desk Receptionist

Receptionist

You will be the face of UFC GYM BANKSTOWN and will be involved in all aspects of customer service, membership management and lead generation. A positive attitude and personal presentation is important as first impressions count Your role will involve servicing our existing members as well as promoting our services to new customers, ensuring that all customers receive friendly and personalised service.

Daily activity will include:

- Administration, customer account management and cash handling
- Consulting with customers face to face and on the phone
- Assist with Membership sales and lead generation, prospecting
- Oversee the customer journey
- Responsible for staff training and implementing and monitoring procedures

Skills and attributes
- Industry experience beneficial but not essential
- Customer Service lead experience
- Must be task focussed
- You have worked in a busy, fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone and face to face skills
- Computer literacy and strong admin skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: From $21.50 per hour
