**About the Opportunity**
Campbelltown Hospital is recruiting for a Patient Administration System Manager to complement and enhance the current Clinical Information Department.

**What You'll be Doing**
The Patient Administration Systems (PAS) Manager is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the use of the Patient Administration System (PAS) at Campbelltown/Camden Hospital. This includes maintaining integrity of data and information captured in the PAS system, training, and implementation of new PAS functionalities. This position is required to undertake regular auditing and reporting requirements and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to accurately perform PAS transactions and provide timely support to users.

**How to Apply**
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
- Demonstrated high level knowledge and experience with Cerner PAS system, electronic medical record (eMR), data reporting systems and Microsoft Office packages in a hospital environment.
- Experience and/or relevant qualifications in facilitating systems training to a variety of users, including developing associated training materials, documents and manuals.
- Ability to undertake high level data management functions including data extraction, interpretation, analysis and reporting with a focus on improving data integrity and accuracy.
- Ability to lead and manage a team to achieve service goals and outcomes.
- Demonstrated organisational, prioritisation and time management skills to independently manage changing work demands, meet strict deadlines and reach target KPIs.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, demonstrating attention to detail and initiative, to create, maintain and evaluate quality improvement projects and performance frameworks.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to independently investigate issues, solve complex problems, and provide solutions.
