**PRIMARY DUTIES**
- To assist the management of GSA Australia Cargo Pty. Ltd. in managing the operating cost to achieve optimal level of profitability.
- To perform customer services and operations duties of assigned airlines.
- To develop an in depth knowledge of airlines reservation systems.
- Work as a team to handle customer bookings, quotations, tracing, claims.
- Daily flight planning with a view to maximise capacity.
- Coordinate with ground handling companies - load plans, loading of ULDs and ensuring airlines SOP'S are carried out met.
- Liaise with cargo agents (Freight Forwarding customers) to ensure timely submission of cargo and correct procedures are followed.
- Checking of FHL⁄FWB and other messages are transmitted correctly and in timely manner after flight departure where required.
- Work closely with Management and Sales teams to ensure Customer Service exceeds customer's expectations.
- Prepare airlines and internal reports. Excel skills required.
- Other duties which may be assigned from time to time to achieve corporate objectives.

**Salary**: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
