**About the Company**:

A global frontrunner in water technology solutions. I am currently in search of a talented Field Service Technician to strengthen the Service Delivery team based in Luscombe, Brisbane. This position entails providing exceptional service to our esteemed clientele across Queensland.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain pumps, pump systems, and accessories both in the workshop and on-site.
- Ensure upkeep of the workshop and surrounding areas.
- Commission and evaluate variable speed drives, motor interfacing, and control systems.
- Utilize app and tablet-based reporting technology for efficient task completion and lead generation.
- Provide expert advice to customers on system improvements and preventative measures.
- Collaborate with technical support staff on complex issues.
- Prepare comprehensive service reports and ensure timely submission.
- Register product quality issues in company systems.
- Assist in project execution and maintenance works as needed.
- Deliver technical training and support to customers and colleagues.
- Promote safety, health, and environmental compliance in all tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in electrical/mechanical systems and pump technology.
- Fully qualified Electrical Supervisor/Electrician in Queensland preferred.
- Valid Australian driver’s license.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Familiarity with pump technology, hydraulics, and variable speed drives preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
