What you'll Do:

  • Analyse data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Investigate business problems and recommend solutions.
  • Develop and assess performance metrics (KPIs, goals).
  • Monitor and report on business performance.
  • Support initiatives to improve team and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for optimal performance.
  • Conduct competitor audits and suggest improvements.
  • Create new data capture templates and tools.
  • Support the Vehicle Sales function by identifying performance indicators and trends at both individual and team levels, providing detailed analysis for continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in Data Analytics.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools and systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
