**The Opportunity**:
As the Manager of Construction Services, you will lead and oversee the construction field delivery service team for ElectraNet’s regulated and contracted portfolio. Your responsibilities will include managing personnel assigned to these projects, ensuring the safety of all team members, and maximising resource utilisation for the efficient and commercial delivery of these services.

Success in this role is characterised by impactful and influential leadership, ensuring strong engagement and effective collaboration across the business and with external service providers. Additionally, you will exert leadership influence on the evolution of organizational culture, ensuring its alignment with the overall business strategy.

As the Manager of Construction Services, you will be accountable for driving the development of key strategies, growth, and capabilities within ElectraNet’s construction field services function. This role significantly contributes to the delivery division by providing strategic and operational advice and guidance to Project and engineering delivery teams.

**About You**:
Here’s what we’re looking for in our new leader:

- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in the Electrical or Utilities Industry.
- Demonstrated experience in providing strategic leadership and operational support in construction operations.
- Experience in leading and building a high-performance team culture.
- Has the ability to act decisively and initiate urgent action to overcome difficult problems.
- Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Great communication skills, including proficient negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Sound financial acumen with the ability to see the financial effects and relationships of various aspects of the business.
- Demonstrate alignment with and understanding of a Safety-First culture, promoting a work environment that prioritises the health, safety, and wellbeing of all workers.
