**Position: Project Manager**

As a Project Manager with us, you will be at the forefront of our project execution, driving success from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading project teams with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring projects are executed smoothly.
- Providing regular project updates and reports to senior management**.**

**Position: Supervisor**

As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring on-site operations run seamlessly and projects are executed to perfection. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors, labor, and materials efficiently.
- Monitoring daily progress and addressing any issues that arise during construction.
- Collaborating with Project Managers to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Reporting on-site activities, progress, and challenges to higher management.

**Requirements**:

- For both positions, we are seeking individuals with:_
- A proven track record in construction project management or supervision, preferably with 3 years or more of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, codes, regulations, and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management.
