HR/recruitment Administrator

This Financial services organisation based in Blackburn is seeking a HR/Recruitment administrator on a 6 month Max term contract working 30 hours per week. The contract could be extended dependent on business needs. This role provides support to the Practice Manager and Managing Partner and supports the recruitment and selection services to staff. Key responsibilities will include; Scheduling interviews, co-ordinating testing, onboarding staff and preparation of contracts. In addition, you will maintain staff records and manage the performance review and probation process to support managers. You could be from a HR or Recruitment background, have provided similar support before and may have an interest in these functions as a long term career. Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage priorities is required. Knowledge of the Fairwork Act and Modern Awards would be useful.
