**About the Role**:
As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will report to the Accounts Manager and work in a Finance team of 4 across Australia. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with weekly Payroll, processing invoices and statements, allocating payments, debt collection, and Client account creation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with weekly Payroll for 70 employees
- Invoicing for all Clients nationally
- Allocate received payments and make adjustments or issue credit notes
- Reconcile end-of-month Sales and GST figures
- Prepare documentation and invoices for Export Clients
- Assist with the transition of new systems

**Skills and Experience**:

- Accounts Receivable experience in a fast-paced environment - Essential
- Payroll experience in a medium-sized company - Essential
- Accounts Payable experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Wiise Payroll
- Understanding of Export processes
