**The role**

As the Invoicing and Payments Consultant, you will report to the Hire Car Team Leader within CIS.

The role sees you responsible for Invoicing payments for the various CIS pillars including but not limited to Hire Car, towing, and roadside assistance.

As a member of the CIS team, you will deliver on our ethos of ‘High Performance with High Integrity’.
- Ensure s payments for all outstanding invoices for CIS are made within service level agreements.
- Reconciliations for various suppliers.
- Checks and negotiates on any invoice queries.
- Adheres to rosters and schedules.
- Demonstrates a keenness to learn and develop by continually conducting self-analysis against key performance indicators, and taking proactive steps to address gaps.
- Comply with all industry specific Acts, Codes and Regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Building highly effective working relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external).Working collaboratively with others and actively participating in team discussions and activities in a positive and engaging way.
