**Position Information**:
Roselea Public School is located in Carlingford and proudly stands on Darug land. The school has an enrolment of 335 students Kindergarten to Year 6 which includes a physical support unit class. The school is part of a multicultural community with approximately 63% of students coming from language backgrounds other than English. Many cultural groups are represented in the school community with Mandarin, Cantonese and Korean being the largest language groups and the school is supported with a Mandarin Community Language Program. Roselea enjoys strong partnerships with P&C, the local AECG, and the wider community. The staff is working towards a whole school approach to wellbeing along with innovation and improvement in teaching and learning with a focus on the development of the whole child. We are committed to providing opportunities for all students to grow and succeed.

2. Ability to lead and manage rigorous and inclusive whole school teaching and learning programs
3. High level communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build positive relationships and engage all levels of the school and educational community
4. Ability to lead and manage the development and performance of staff to improve teaching and learning
5. Ability to plan systems and manage resources effectively and equitably to enhance teaching and learning
6. Capacity to lead staff in implementing the Department's Aboriginal education policy and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people
