About the Opportunity
Key responsibilities include;
Working closely with the Marketing Communications Lead to effectively execute tactical marketing and communication plans that will create a meaningful connection with customers;
Delivery of marketing and communications activities across the Multicap marketing calendar, including events, key campaigns, marketing projects and 'always on' activities (digital, social etc);
Perform copywriting and edit/update copy for marketing and events collateral, website content, social media posts, internal communications, PR campaigns, media etc;
Engage with Multicap customers and staff to share stories which bring the brand to life;
Manage content execution across multiple channels, including EDM, LinkedIn, Instagram, SEO, Google, and social paid channels;
Work with the Marketing team to coordinate and execute internal and external events and activations; and
Ensure effective administration of associated invoices, quotes from suppliers, compliance, risk assessments and other internal admin tasks.
About you
Key Selection criteria
Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications etc;
Approximately 2 - 3 years' experience in a generalist marketing communication, gained in a corporate organisation or an agency;
Strong skills in copywriting, proofreading, editing, creating social media content, and coordinating marketing communications activities;
Proven ability to deliver marketing communications activities across a variety of online and offline channels;
Outstanding organisational, time management and project management skills;
Demonstrated ability to manage competing timelines and foster great working relationships;
A proactive, driven, and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and be part of a team; and
Genuine passion for and alignment with the Multicap mission and values.
