As the Device and Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance & support of the Device & IT Desktop Services Asset inventory, logistics, and procurement for End User Experience services.

You will provide service support and oversee the movement of IT equipment and supplies, coordinate the delivery of technology to end-users, and manage the maintenance and repair of IT assets. In this role, you will ensure that the organisation has the necessary IT resources to support business operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain IT inventory including the tracking of equipment, shipping, receiving and storage
- Facilitate logistics and procurement processes for IT equipment and supplies and support the implementation of the asset management solution requirements
- Ensure that IT equipment is maintained, repaired, and upgraded as needed and correctly recorded in the asset repository
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to IT inventory, procurement, and logistics
- Make improvements to IT Service Maturity Frameworks and meet end-to-end SLA targets
- Ensure compliance to regulatory control requirements for supported IT Service/s and with service improvement programs
- Reduce Risk exposure through remediation efforts within key resiliency control areas

**Skills and experience**
- Strong knowledge of IT inventory management, logistics, and procurement processes
- Experience in IT logistics management or related field
- Experience with IT asset management software (ServiceNow, Flexera) is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in Excel, PowerBi and running basic reporting functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with vendors, customers, and team members
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and analysis
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is nice to have
