**The Company**:
Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of converter products, who specializes in the Design, Supply, Installation & Servicing of Engineered Conveyor systems, are seeking a Service Manager.

A key element of the role is understanding conveyor structures in client sites, interpreting their requirements and managing a team of staff for implementation. The role would suit a person with experience in the conveyor industry, recycling industry or with broad experience in engineering or fitting.

**Job Requirements**:

- Manage relocation and property clearance services
- Staff management and leadership skills
- Strong customer service management
- Scheduling and directing staff, vehicles & resources
- Liaise with clients and maintain strong customer relations
- Invoicing and database maintenance
- Supervision of work to allocate to team members
- Process monitoring with site survey visits
- Maintaining records
- Preparation of client quotes and proposal documents
- Process orders from customers and ensuring that they are completed on time

**On Offer**:
Rate: $100k PA + super + extra paid overtime.

Hours: 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday
