About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Compliance Manager to join our Utilities division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing compliance across our contracts and ensuring that our training resources meet the highest standards.

In this role, you will work closely with our Sector Leads and Operational leadership to develop and maintain governance over training compliance. You will also be responsible for identifying strategic partnership opportunities with training providers and implementing process improvements to optimize our training compliance approach.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining governance over training compliance for the Utilities division
  • Managing updates and change notifications from clients
  • Supporting mobilisation of new contracts
  • Identifying strategic partnership opportunities with training providers
  • Implementing process improvements to optimize training compliance

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in training and compliance, with experience in a complex organisation with a high level of understanding of working across legislative, industry-based and client-directed training requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
  • Experience in a similar role in a complex organisation
  • Demonstrated record of planning, leading and achieving organisational objectives and outcomes
  • Significant success and experience in building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to write reports to all levels of the business in reference to training outcomes and action plans
