**About the role**

This role is ideal for a mid level HR and/or Talent Acquisition generalist who is familiar with recruitment and onboarding process, and complimentary systems.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Conducting initial phone screens for multiple roles across different time zones
- Tracking recruitment progress with reporting support
- Support with pre-boarding and onboarding to HRIS HiBob
- Liaise with new starters, Managers and IT to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Job management and KPI reporting through Lever

**About you**:

- 2+ years experience in HR or Recruitment
- Experience with ATS systems, Lever experience highly valued
- Experience with HRIS and HR processes highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to pick up the phone and engage with our future employees
- A passion for green energy and a sustainable future
- Knowledge of EVs, renewables, media, infrastructure, and/or construction, would be valuable
