**YOUR ROLE**

We are so excited to be growing our team and, as a result, looking for two Senior Claims Consultants to manage claim complaint escalations in accordance with current procedures and provide an effortless claims experience to our customers that match the complexity of their claims. This role is critical in providing insights, peer coaching, the management of complaints and payment authorisations to ensure we deliver the best claims service and outcomes for our customer every time.

While the role will initially entail office-based training for the first few months, we do offer the opportunity for you to work under more of a hybrid home/office-based model once settled in the role. We are flexible as to where our successful applicant is based as we have offices located throughout Australia Our office locations include Brisbane, Parramatta, Hurstville, Mulgrave, Sydney, Burwood East, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Able to effectively deal with customers, show empathy and diffuse conflict situations.
- Solution-focused and comfortable owning your own decisions.
- Effectively able to build and maintain trusted and strong working relationships with peers, customers and business partners.
- Proven experience providing feedback and leadership in an uplifting manner.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Complaint management experience strongly preferred.
