We are recruiting for a talented and driven Retail Operations Executive on a 12 month contract You will be an integral part of the Retail Operations team, ensuring operational excellence across various areas, from financial management to sales reporting and beyond.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Managing salary subsidy invoicing and processing commission payments for our retail teams.
- Preparing and analyzing critical retailer data reports and BI dashboards to inform strategic decision making.
- Handling lease purchase orders (POs), boutique rental agreements, and operational POs.
- Generating and analyzing Stock in Trade reports for informed inventory management.
- Uploading and managing sales targets in our MARS system.
- Managing the Time2Work system for accurate employee timekeeping.
- Overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene management across our boutiques.
- Coordinating and managing boutique cleaning schedules and vendors.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Proven experience in a retail operations role, ideally within a luxury environment.
- Strong financial acumen with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in using various IT systems and tools, including experience with BI dashboards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships.
